Our facilities are designed with child-friendly materials, and our staff is trained in first aid and emergency protocols. We regularly inspect all play areas, learning spaces, and equipment to maintain the highest standards of safety. Our processes and procedures are continuously updated to ensure currency and relevance to our operational circumstances. We conduct emergency drills regularly to identify any gaps in our security protocols and implement the required upgrades. In addition to physical safety, we foster emotional security by creating an atmosphere of warmth, trust, and inclusivity where every child feels valued and protected.

At ChildSol, we believe that play is essential for children’s development, as emphasized in the EYFS framework. Through a combination of child-led and adult-guided play, children explore ideas, develop cognitive skills, and build confidence. Play fosters key areas of learning or the Early Learning Goals which include communication, physical development, social-emotional skills, and creativity. Our playful learning environment is designed to meet Early Learning Goals by encouraging curiosity, problem-solving, and self-expression. We create joyful, interactive experiences that help children develop holistically, preparing them for future success in school and life. By integrating the EYFS’ view that play supports children in achieving a sense of satisfaction and the confidence to persevere, at ChildSol we empower children to learn in a way that feels natural and engaging to them.

At ChildSol Creche and Pre-school, we create opportunities for children to explore and learn through both excursions and incursions. Excursions take children outside the classroom to places like the zoo, the animal farm yard, nature reserves, and museums, offering hands-on experiences that connect with their learning. Incursions bring experts and performers into our schools, introducing children to new ideas and skills. These adventures, both inside and outside, foster curiosity, confidence, and independence, encouraging children to see learning as an exciting, lifelong journey.

We believe in the power of collaboration. Our educators not only teach the value of teamwork but also model it in their interactions with each other and the children. Through group projects, such as planning and rehearsing the year-end concert, cooperative games, and joint problem-solving tasks, children learn how to work together, listen to others, and respect different perspectives. Teamwork nurtures empathy, patience, and leadership skills. By learning the importance of collaboration from a young age, children develop the ability to form positive relationships and succeed in diverse social environments, both in and outside of school.
